Common questions

Where is my farm saved?: On your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes the farm, unless a backup of your phone brings it back.
I bought a pack on another iPhone.: Settings › Shop › Restore purchases.
How do I play with friends?: Settings › Play with friends. Up to four of you can farm one valley, nearby on the same Wi-Fi or online through Game Center.
Can I change the language?: Settings › Language: English or 日本語. In Japanese you can turn the local dialects on or off.
The months go by very fast.: When nothing needs you, a quiet month runs at 8×. Tap Slow down, or turn it off in Settings › Skip quiet months.
Where do the numbers come from?: Settings › Data sources and credits lists every source. Government data is used under the Public Data License 1.0.
Why didn't a visitor or festival appear?: They follow the real date in Japan: visitors come on most days, and festivals only on their own dates, such as New Year or November 23.
Can I get a refund?: Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

農場はどこに保存されますか？: あなたのiPhoneの中です。アプリを削除すると農場も消えます（iPhoneのバックアップから戻した場合を除きます）。
別のiPhoneでパックを買いました。: 設定 › ショップ › 購入を復元をタップしてください。
友だちと遊ぶには？: 設定 › 友だちと遊ぶから。最大4人で、同じWi-Fiの近くの友だちとも、Game Centerを通じてオンラインでも、ひとつの谷で農業ができます。
言語は変えられますか？: 設定 › 言語で、Englishと日本語を選べます。日本語では方言のオン・オフもできます。
月が過ぎるのがとても早いです。: 手がいらない静かな月は8倍速で進みます。「ゆっくり」をタップするか、設定 › 静かな月は早送りでオフにできます。
数字はどこから来ていますか？: 設定 › データの出典とクレジットに、すべての出典が載っています。政府のデータは公共データ利用規約（PDL1.0）に基づいて利用しています。
お客さんやお祭りが来ませんでした。: 日本の実際の日付に合わせています。お客さんはほとんどの日に来ますが、お祭りはお正月や11月23日など、その日だけです。
返金はできますか？: 返金はAppleが扱います。reportaproblem.apple.com からお手続きください。
